Scott Wasikowski

Scott Wasikowski, a seasoned professional, assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer at DECA Dental in May 2024. His primary focus is on bolstering the field and support center teams, enabling practitioners to deliver unparalleled patient experiences.

Scott's illustrious career at CVS Pharmacy spans over 30 years, during which he held several pivotal leadership positions. His strategic contributions include the successful acquisition of Eckerd, spearheading new market entries into Florida, and overseeing operations in the Northeast for a decade. After CVS, he led the expansion of urgent care and veterinary medicine acquisition models over the past five years.

Scott’s journey began as a pharmacist, a role in which he helped his customers improve their healthcare. He holds a pharmacy degree from Purdue University and has always worked within a provider-led model to deliver healthcare. Scott completed the Wharton Executive Development Program to enhance his leadership skills further.

Scott’s leadership philosophy centers on the belief that people are the foundation of a differentiated customer experience. He strives to exceed financial goals and deliver exceptional patient care by focusing on supporting and developing teams.

Scott was recognized with the Chairman’s Award at CVS for his leadership in new market entries and operational excellence following the Eckerd acquisition. He has been involved in community projects throughout his career, notably raising significant funds for Relay for Life and March for Babies.

Looking ahead, Scott aims to provide outstanding support for clinicians, ensuring DECA Dental continues to grow and deliver the best patient experience in the industry. In his personal life, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Leanne, and their two children, Lauren and Luke, engaging in activities such as dining out, boating, and skiing.
