Lyndsay Lord

As the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at DECA Dental Group, Lyndsay Lord develops and executes the human capital strategy to support the overall business while enabling team members to thrive and do their best work. She joined DECA in December 2021, leveraging extensive leadership experience from global brands like Hilti, Pepsi, Arrow Electronics, CoreLogic, and Sabre. Before her role at DECA, she served as CHRO at Jiffy Lube, driven by her passion for cultivating high-performing, values-based cultures. 

Lyndsay’s commitment to modern HR practices focuses on empowering team members to thrive professionally. She considers herself a modern HR practitioner, focusing on connecting people to a noble purpose and inspiring them to achieve excellence. One of her notable achievements at DECA is the creation of the PEO Ideal People Services, which streamlined the payroll process and facilitated rapid scaling for growth. 

Lyndsay holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the University of Tulsa, where she excelled as a Division 1A cheerleader, and a Master’s in Human Resources from the University of Oklahoma, graduating cum laude. Her educational background has been instrumental in her career growth, providing a solid foundation for her roles in human resources. 

Lyndsay enjoys quality time with her family, traveling, attending live music events, and maintaining an active lifestyle outside of her professional life. She also keeps up with her daughter’s various recreational activities. 

With her blend of academic excellence and real-world leadership, Lyndsay brings a unique perspective to her role and is poised to drive innovation and growth at DECA Dental Group. Her exceptional skills and perspectives set her apart as an industry-agnostic and strategic business leader with a strong focus on human capital functions.
