Dr. Rodney Alles
About
Dr. Rodney Alles is a seasoned clinical leader at DECA Dental Group, focused on coaching, mentoring, and developing doctors across the organization. Having helped start the company with Dr. Ahmed in 2008, he brings deep institutional knowledge and a long track record of elevating clinical teams.
Dr. Alles completed both his undergraduate studies and his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the University of Oklahoma. His commitment to learning and guiding others has been a constant throughout his life. From tutoring in his early years to training teams in hospitality and now coaching doctors, he has always been drawn to helping people grow in their roles.
His leadership approach is grounded in asking the right questions. He believes thoughtful questioning reveals whether people are in the right roles and opens the door to productive coaching. What drives him most are the A-ha moments with new doctors and seeing teams execute at the highest level. He is active in several professional organizations including the TDA, AGD, and ADA.
Looking ahead, Dr. Alles aims to strengthen DECA’s clinical performance, support operations, and ensure every office delivers the best guest experience possible. His values center on selecting good people, developing them with care, and building teams that can run confidently and consistently.
